- As the client, you are the owner of the animal, or have permission from the owner to book this communication.
- As a customer, you have reached the age of 18 and are of legal age.
- If you suspect that your animal is ill, a veterinary examination must be done before I communicate with the animal. (does not apply to missing animals)
- You agree to be invoiced for the cost of the communication / translation / visit according to the current price list.
